Buyback Conditions
In order to qualify for our 100% buyback program, the following conditions must be met:

– Proof of purchase, such as a valid receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Special Conditions for Gold Frames
– Warranty: The warranty applies only to the gold content of the frame. There is no warranty on the glass, wooden frame, or other materials.
– Buyback on Gold Weight: The buyback applies only to the gold content based on its weight, with the value determined by the live gold rate at the time of buyback.
– Damaged Frames: If a gold frame is broken or damaged, the buyback value will be based on the actual weight of the gold content, valued at the live gold rate.

Exclusions
Please note that the buyback program only covers the value of the gold content. We do not reimburse making charges, packaging, or any additional fees associated with the original purchase.

Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations before the order is processed with a cancellation fee of 3%. 

Refund Process
If you wish to participate in our buyback program, please contact us at sales@earthmint.In to initiate the process. Once your request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the value of the gold content to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or buyback requests for products that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy or for any other reason at our discretion.
